Have you ever experienced someone else being unwilling (not unable) to see things from your perspective? It's almost like some people have such a fixed focus on their own point of view that they are unprepared to see anything outside of that.
Being able to understand (and appreciate) other people's perspective (and consider situations in a multidimensional way) is fundamental for all relationships.
Looking at situations from other people's point of view allows us to improve our communication skills, become far more influential, build and maintain a deeper state of rapport and resolve conflict within moments of it flaring up.
Qu) What steps do you take to ensure that you never become stuck (and blinded) by the limitations of your own perspective?
