





Oh it's lush outside this morning !! I've just been outside absorbing the wonderful warm damp Autumn air, the smell of cut grass, blackberry's, nettles and mulching leaves is absolutely wonderful.
Being 'absolutely' present outside of yourself and outdoors can really put life into perspective and make troubles feel so much smaller.
There is nothing wrong with thinking,
-it's giving our thoughts too much of our time and energy
-the over thinking which can wrongly mislead us
-and living with the constant internal dialogues that trap us from the real world.

As people we can be so removed from living real relationships and friendships with others, we can miss seeing what is actually the truth,
all from thinking too much.

Our deepest thoughts and over thinking can actually cause us discomfort, so we need to find away to alleviate that before it manifests into an emotional release (anger, frustration, upset, grief, annoyance etc).
One of the best ways is to 'BE' outside, not just go outside but actually 'BE' outside.
Distract the 'INTERNAL CHATTER' with new focuses,
-How does the Autum air feel on your skin?
-What are the different smells you can spot?
-What are the different sounds you can hear?
-What does Autumn look like?
-Do any of the sights, sounds and smells conjure up any good memories? Take you back to a good childhood memory?
-Notice how you feel, do you feel the tension or discomfort levels dropping?
